Term of purchase

Order confirmation
Once you completed a purchase, an order confirmation will automatically be sent to the email adress you provided. 

Can I cancel or change an order
If you want to cancel or change something in your order, contact us at the Ivanhoe store as soon as possible by email: butik@ivanhoe.se
We can help you with this as long as the order has not already been shipped. If the order has been sent, we unfortunately cannot change anything afterwards.

Payment & Invoice



Shipment & Delivery 
Usually your order will be delivered within  2-4 working days whit Postnord "mypack collect". You will receive a notification from Postnord when you can collect your order. There is a shipping fee 12 EUR of purchases under 100 EUR. For Purchases over 100 EUR its free. 
We will charge you 12 EUR for the cost for returnshipping. 

Unclaimed package
For packages that are not picked up, we reserve yhe right to charge 15 EUR in handling fees for return shipping and handling costs unless you can document that you were not notified that the package was delivered. In this case the package will be returned to you without chraging additional costs. 

Return/Exchanges
As a customer, you always have the right to open purchase for 14 days. If you want to return your item, it should be delivered complete with label equally earlier. Upon return, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost 12 EUR outside Sweden. Use the attached return shipping label that is included in the delivery. If you wish to change to a different product or size: You return your item to us with the attached return shipping slip.
We will charge you 12 EUR for the cost for returnshipping. Then you place a new order in the webshop.

Repeated returns

We always want you to be satisfied with your purchase, which is why we have a flexible returns policy. However, if we notice an unusually high number of returns on your account, we may need to deactivate it. If this happens and you believe it’s a mistake, you are always welcome to contact us at butik@ivanhoe.se we will resolve it together

Complaints/Reclaim
Let us know why you want to reclaim the product and in what way you consider the product to be faulty to our email adress: 
butik@ivanhoe.se.
In the event of a complait, it is important that you attach the receipt and clearly stat the fault on the item. We will then check the product and get back to you as a customer with an answear from our productioncrew.

We, Ivanhoe AB, only save contact information & details of customers and their contact person in order to deliver a good product to you and find the goods that interest you. Ivanhoe complies with the rules of GDPR and uses your personal data for this purpose. 
It is your responsibility as a customer, to provide the correct information when ordering. Ivanhoe AB is not responsibile for problmes that arise due to incorrect information, such as name, mobile number, email adress and adress. 
When you register a purchase you must agree that Ivanhoe AB may process personal data about you in accordnace with GDPR. Your personal data will nerver be offered to third parties, and is only available to those who need the information to carry out the intended processing purpose. You can contact us at any time to update your data or ask us to delete it. 

Force majeure
In other words: war, civil war, revolution, rebellion, acts of goverment, natural disasters or similar events may cause complications that we can not remedy, such as an order that is paid but not delivered. Ivanhoe AB is not liable for non-fulfillment of obligations attributable to force majeure.
